How can I place an order?

We've aimed to make this process as easy as possible. If you follow these steps, your desired clothing will be zooming its way to you in no time.

  1. Find an item you want to buy

  2. Choose the product size from the right hand side of the product page

  3. Then click Add to Bag to add the item to your Shopping basket

  4. Once you've finished shopping, click on Shopping bag, located in the top right corner of the screen to view the items your going to buy then click the Go to checkout button

  5. Once you reach the checkout screen, if you have a discount code enter it, then click the Checkout button

  6. If you are an existing House of Loulee customer, please enter your username and password and click Checkout

  7. If you're a new House of Loulee customer, you'll need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process. You have the option to continue without registering, but you will still need to input your personal details to ensure we receive the correct delivery information.

  8. Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need confirm your delivery choice and then proceed to Payment

  9. Enter your payment details and click Confirm order

  10. You should see a message confirming your order has been placed and is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address shortly after this.

Will the item be exactly the same colour as shown on the website?

Every care has been taken to use images that most accurately reflect the actual colour of garments and placement of the pattern. However, this is not an exact science and slight variations may occur.

How do I choose sizes?

Use our size guide to get the exact measurements of all our clothing. There's one for adults, children and babies and you'll find a link on the product pages.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

All items are handmade however they are regulally made and ready for shipping therefore most items will be sent out the next working day and arrive  within 1-3 working days. Made to order items will arrive within 5-7 working days & International orders 6-10 working days. 

Even before you order you can check whether an item/s is ready for shipping by texting the words: 'POST READY' along with the product name/s, size/s to: +447853491610  and you will receive an estimated dispatch date.

Do you make custom items?

YES! This may cost (not always) a little extra but it's definitely worth while as the result will be a very special personalised gift. Please email with your request, i.e for example an outfit with matching accessories/shoes or a particular item in a different print.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! International delivery will be calculated at checkout before payment and will arrive within 6-10 working days.

Can I have my order tomorrow?

In most cases yes! This will cost a little extra but at least you'll know that surprise gift or special outfit for will arrive in time for that special day. Please contact us as soon as possible (see below) before choosing this option at the checkout, we will confirm your item/s can be made the same day or are among those ready for posting.

How much will delivery cost?

All orders are tracked & require a signature on arrival so remember to keep a look out for a postal card in case your not available to receive your order at the expected time of delivery. 


Standard Delivery: £4.50 tracked (United Kingdom)
Large Packet Delivery: £7 tracked (United Kingdom)
Next Day Delivery: £10 (United Kingdom: please contact us before you choose this option as it will prevent your order from being processed in time)
European Delivery: £10 tracked
International (rest of the world: £12 tracked 


Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes! However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us & the cost of any exchanged item/s being sent to you. Please contact us via email within the time stated below.

Returns info:

If you need to return your purchase please do remember that you have to take reasonable care of the products while you have them. Here are a few simple guidelines:

Items are well packaged in order for them to arrive in the same high standard they left the workroom.

You have 14 days from the receipt of goods to return your items in order to exchange/receive a refund.

You can open the packaging to look at and try on the garments.

Don't try on products whilst wearing strong perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks.

When returning please retain proof of postage.
Don't remove tags or labels.

Keep and include the original packaging with your return.

All payments and refunds will be sent via PayPal/Bank transfer (online banking).

Christmas Deliveries!

Standard Delivery (UK): Please order before December 21st to receive your order in time for Christmas.

Next Day Delivery (UK): You can order as late as December 23rd to receive your order in time for Christmas.

Christmas Eve Delivery (UK): If the delivery address is located in London or its suburbs you can even order on Christmas Eve before 12 mid-day and receive it the same day, this is subject to your chosen item/s availability so please call +447853491610 to confirm this before ordering.
(There is a £15 charge for this service)

International Delivery:  Please order by December 19th for delivery in time for Christmas.
